COPS' Swim Academy
Who: Swimmers between the ages of 5 & 8 years who possess the confidence to fully submerge underwater and retrieve an object off the bottom of the shallow end of the pool (3 feet).
Curriculum: We use a progressive curriculum to develop elementary freestyle, elementary backstroke, and water safety.

Who: Swimmers who possess basic water safety skills and can swim 12.5 yards of elementary freestyle and 12.5 yards of elementary backstroke.
Curriculum: We use a progressive curriculum to develop basic swimming skills for freestyle and backstroke.

Who: Swimmers who possess basic water safety skills and can swim a legal freestyle & backstroke the length of a 25 yard pool, not be afraid of deep water, and take instruction independently.
Curriculum: We use a progressive curriculum to develop basic swimming skills for butterfly and breaststroke and continue to improve freestye and backstroke.

Who: Swimmers who have mastered the skills taught in Technique School.
Curriculum: We use a progressive curriculum to develop advanced swimming skills and to promote development of competitive swimmers in all four competitive strokes.

Who: Swimmers who have mastered the skills taught in our Technique & Skills Schools.
Curriculum: ntinuation We use a progressive curriculum to develop advanced swimming skills to promote development of competitive swimming including the addition of increased yardage, clock reading, and learning to swim 100 yard events. The swimmers in this school will be considered for placement in our year-round competitive USA Swim team.

Summer High School Skills & Speed
Who: High School swimmers going into 9th grade or higher, who are not members of a USA Swimming team and who want to try out for their high school team or to stay in shape over the summer.

Who: Swimmers who can swim 50 yards of all four strokes legally, demonstrate legal turns, and start from a starting block.
Curriculum: The goal of this group is to continue to develop proper swimming mechanics and techniques. Introduction of competition and racing goals.

Who: Swimmers who can swim 100 yards of all four strokes legally. Swimmers who strive to achieve B times or higher by the end of the session.
Curriculum: Continue development of stroke technique and proper practice habits. Increase in amount of competition while learning age appropriate racing strategy.

Who: Swimmers who can swim 100 yards of all four strokes legally. Swimmers who strive to achieve BB/A times by the end of each session.
Curriculum: Practice will focus on increasing the swimmer's fitness level and giving each athlete the confidence to complete sets as the duration and intensity increases.

Who: Ten & under swimmers striving to achieve A times or faster. This group will be expected to adhere to practicee and meet attendance requirements.

Who: Swimmers who can compete in events of 200 yards of all four strokes and 500 Free. Swimmers in this group are striving to achieve TAGS times. This group will be expected to adhere to practice and meet attendance requirements.
Curriculum: Practice is focused on aerobic development. Competition level and frequency increases.

Who: Swimmers who can swim 100 yards of all four strokes legally. Swimmers wishing to develop the necessary skills to be a successful club swimmer.
Curriculum: Practices will emphasize correct techniques, especially as the swimmer fatigues, and teaches swimmers to compete at a high technical level.

Who: Swimmers who can swim 100 yards of all four strokes legally. Swimmers wishing to continue their development and striving to achieve BB times.

Who: Swimmers who have good understanding of technique that are seriously pursuing A times.

Curriculum: The goal of this group is to maintain proper stroke technique while learning how to consistently train on a daily basis.
Who: Swimmers who are TAGS qualifiers or have A times in multiple strokes in pursuit of AA times and higher
Curriculum: The goal of this group is to become a TAGS finalist and achieve Sectionals cuts. This group will be expected to adhere to practice and meet attendance requirements.

Dues: $60/Month

Who: Adult Swimmers of all ages and levels of swimming can join our Masters Program.
Curriculum: Pending availablity, swimmers have an option to swim 6 days/week. Coaches create different levels of workout, depending on your abilities. Whether training for competition, or learning to swim - we can help you reach your goals.
